James came out on a Saturday of the AFL Grandfinal due to a sparking fuse on the eave of the house. He travelled to the other side of Melbourne for a new part, installed it then contacted Ausnet with required paperwork needed to have my house reconnected. Service was above and beyond. A super hero.
